To every epic wonder there was a beginning. Quarter Circle Forward started on a internet radio show network within their home town of British Columbia Canada known as "Rant-Radio" (www.rantradio.com). Back in a Era where it was extremely hard to get on the air with to a shout cast radio with lots of upstream bandwidth unless you were mainstream media Rant Radio became a haven to subversive talk radio on the internet. Starting off in the early stages of Quarter Circle Forward we see it's foundation and structure that is set with a more traditionalistic talk radio show.

The topics of this show was the following: video game violence within multi player games, gun laws and the comparison of reality versus the virtual.

This show in particular was a rather politically heated moment in North American history. Which was the US on the verge of declaring their war against terrorism. This was also the height where Rant-Radio was at it's height of active broadcasting speaking out against the evils which were happening in the world. As a result politics involving 9/11 were still floating about. Although a deviation from QCF's intended format it still made for a very good show to listen to. This is also the show which they gave shout outs on the old neovangelist IRC board which Rant Radio subscribed
